Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
- Pre-order/custom items: processing time stated on product page, typically 5–10 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends/holidays start processing the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
- Free domestic shipping on orders over $[amount]
International Shipping
- International Standard: 10–25 business days
- Delivery times exclude customs clearance and local holidays.
3. Shipping Costs
- Domestic: Calculated at checkout by weight/destination, or flat rate $[amount]
- International: Calculated at checkout; buyer is responsible for any duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted countries/regions.
- Some products (hazardous, oversized, regulated) may have limited shipping eligibility.
5. Order Tracking
- A tracking number will be sent to your email once shipped.
- Allow 24–48 hours for carrier tracking to update.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
- Report lost/damaged items within 7 days of expected delivery.
- Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or customs are not our responsibility; we will assist with inquiries.
7. Address Changes & Cancellations
- Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of order placement.
- Cancellations are only allowed before shipment; once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
8. Undeliverable & Returned Packages
- Packages marked undeliverable (incorrect address, refused, unclaimed) will be returned to us.
- A reshipment fee may apply for redelivery; original shipping cost is non-refundable.
9. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this policy without prior notice. Changes take effect upon posting.
